• System Design and Build — designing and implementing scalable finance and accounting systems.
• Team Training — delivering training programs to upskill finance and non-finance teams.
• Ongoing Advisory — providing continuous financial advisory support on a retainer basis.
• Problem-Solving Consulting — addressing specific financial challenges and opportunities.
• Digital Finance Transformation — helping businesses modernize their finance operations with technology.
• Finance Health Check — a free online assessment tool that evaluates your finance function’s health.
• AI Chat Assistant — an automated chat widget that provides general finance information.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

Our Site and Services are intended for business professionals, organizations, and individuals seeking finance consulting and training. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that:

Our Finance Health Check is a free, self-administered online assessment tool designed to provide a general indication of your finance function’s health. The assessment consists of a questionnaire that generates a score and identifies potential gap areas.

• The assessment is based on your self-reported answers and may not reflect your actual financial position.

Our Site includes an AI-powered chat assistant that provides general finance information and answers common questions. The chat assistant uses third-party AI language model services.

Important disclaimers:

Paid consulting engagements, training programs, and advisory retainers are governed by separate written agreements that specify scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails for that specific engagement.

7.1 Pricing

Pricing information displayed on our Site is indicative and subject to change without notice. Final pricing for any engagement will be specified in your engagement agreement or proposal. We reserve the right to adjust fees for future engagements at any time.

7.2 Payment Terms

• Payment terms, including amounts, due dates, and accepted methods, will be specified in your engagement agreement.
• Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice.
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by applicable law.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including VAT, unless stated otherwise.

7.3 Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies are governed by the terms of your specific engagement agreement. Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, blog articles, training materials, assessments, software, and design elements, is the property of Meaningful Numbers or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8.1 Our Rights

• You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or otherwise use any Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any content.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days through negotiation, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or operational needs. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the website.
